El banco de Carta de América

So,

 

I just received a letter from Bank of America.  I think they are trying to sell me something or possibly give me a gas credit, but I am not sure what it could be.  We bank with them, and I am concerned it could be something important.

 

Well, it’s in Spanish.  What the f#ck am I supposed to do with that? 

 

My only hope is to call the bank and say the following:

 

Acabo de recibir una carta de usted en español. ¿Cómo soy supuesto entenderlo cuando hablo inglés?

Yo no hablo español. Yo sólo sé la oración previa y éste lo explicando.
