Annual Review
Well, I had my first annual review at my new company. Being that I'm not exactly a confrontational person, and I work in an adversarial office, I'd say it went pretty well. Overall, my manager is pleased with my progress and thinks I can excel. My supervisor is a very negative person and basically added a bunch of gripes that my coworker had as facts on to my AR sheet. Not that she didn't have good comments, too. She just actually took a fellow employees word against me without discussing any of it with me. I'll get to discuss this with her tomorrow. Fun times.

It actually went well. She know the guy trying to screw me is doing it to get ahead. She said it happens to degreed workers because the non-degreed guys are threatene. Rightfully so, this guy's gonna be my bitch in a couple years. I'm going pay him back.

He came off the upper level rail and knocked me out cold. That's all I remember, so nothing else actually happened
