Los Lonely Boys

I'm listening to the Los Lonely Boys right now, and I have to admit it. These guys are incredible. They harmonize extrodinarily well. They write well, and guitar is a serious throughback to Stevie Ray Vaughan. If there is a reason my guitar playing has improved the last 4 months, it's playing some of their music. When I was younger I used to sit an learn solos for hours at time, but with the advent of grunge music the great guitar solo died. Now, that solo is back, and I like it. Unlike STV songs, I can actually play some of these. Sure anyone can play the chords to a STV song, but learning a solo is a lesson in "your not good enough, you'll never be this fast, you'll never be able to do this, this soul died with me." I'm sure if took a month off work I could learn an STV song. One. Anyway, just a recommendation to all you music buffs. Buy some LLBs. (or steal, Brad) You won't regret it.
